About Me

Emily Orozco
Student
I am a third-year architecture student at Texas A&M University, pursuing minors in Art and Architectural History and participating in both departmental and college honors programs. My academic experience has shaped a strong interest in design that is rooted in history while engaging contemporary needs.
I am particularly interested in historic preservation, interior architecture, and development, with a focus on how existing spaces can be adapted, reinterpreted, and given new life. My background in art and architectural history informs my approach, encouraging a deeper understanding of context, materiality, and narrative in design.
I am motivated by opportunities to explore ideas through advanced coursework, undergraduate thesis research, and real-world application. I am currently seeking internship opportunities where I can contribute to meaningful projects and continue developing as a designer.
