Eugene Mangia Guerrero is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in architecture and education. With a full professorship at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, N.Y... Eugene has also collaborated as a postgraduate research fellowship in the MEP program at Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ.
Additionally, he holds a Master of Education (MEd) from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Eugene has held various academic positions throughout his career, including Dean (E), Vice-Dean, director of the School of Design, and Academic Coordinator of the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Arts at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
He is also a founding member and head of the Department of History and Theory of Architecture at Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Eugene's commitment to education is further demonstrated by his role as a visiting professor and thesis supervisor at the Graduate Institute of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, Central University of Ecuador, Quito, Ecuador.
Furthermore, he has been awarded a scholarship for the COIL program (Collaborative Online International Learning) at Ohio University, Athens, OH. USA.
Eugene is also a founding partner of Mangia-Fegan Diseño, showcasing his professional expertise in architecture and design.
