The structure is oriented to maximize visual connectivity with nature, featuring large floor-to-ceiling glass openings on the lake-facing facades. Wide balconies, verandas, and terraces extend from the living spaces, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.
In response to the site’s topography and climatic context, the design incorporates passive cooling strategies. Cross-ventilation is achieved through a linear floor plan, operable windows, and strategically placed voids. Light wells and skylights bring natural daylight deep into the core of the building, minimizing dependence on artificial lighting.
