On January 22nd, ASAI member and board member, Taro Narahara, presented a one hour lecture about his work at Nikken Sekkei in Tokyo. Narahara was the AIP 39 Thematic Award winner for his futuristic architectural illustration using AI. Narahara is a tenured professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in America. His main research is computational design and the use of AI, both of which he presented at Nikken Sekkei. In total, in person and online, 290 people attended Narahara`s lecture.
