FERNANDO DEL AMA GONZALO
PROFESSOR OF ARCHITECTURE AT KEENE STATE COLLEGE
Fernando del Ama Gonzalo was born in Madrid, Spain. He earned his PhD in Architecture in 2005. Since then, he has combined video game design with his activity as a professor at the School of Architecture of Madrid, at Alfaisal University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the American University of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates.
He has spent long periods in Italy and southern Spain looking for built landscapes that inspire his passion for drawing. His paintings distinguish urban landscapes and cities such as Venice, Rome, Perugia, Granada, and Córdoba. He currently resides in New Hampshire, where he works as a professor of computer-aided architectural drawing at Keene State College.
